K i'm blogging. Yea I was lazy.. Haha..
Thank god the 2 finalist of campus superstar was teresa and zhiyang.. A bigger part of me wanted teresa to win actually.. but zhiyang was probably luckier with his choice of songs.. and so in the end HWA CHONG RULEZ. Haha. I just thot that the competition would be much fairer if they could make "land-lines toll-free" like in American Idol.. But its Singapore here.. Singtel.. bleahz... so i guess every cents count.. Somehow strangely watching this competition makes me miss the times in JC/sec sch all over again.. No chance to wear sch uniform le!
Ok i shall confess here once and for all.. yes i failed my driving test again. So stop asking me abt it if u intend to. =X
Watched V for Vendetta.. I found it really awesome!! But i watched it with someone who didn't really appreciate it haha.. Oops~ Its abt this imaginary British gov that has this very "Hitler style" of gov/PM.. that does things like having total control of the media, prosecuting gays/lesbians, trying to garner support thru' creating chaos/accidents/coverups then making ppl think that only the gov can save the day..Then comes this guy V who has been a victim of some freak unethical largescale science experiment who amazingly and intelligently attempt to uncover the ugly truth of the gov to the ppl and attempt to overthrow it.. pardon me for such a lousy description of the movie haha.. Anyway the 1st person tt came to mind tt i wan to recommend the show to was cheowlit! wonder if they are screening it in aussie..if 're reading this.. go watch the show!
I ate kuishinbo again with my campmates... I must be crazy. its 40+ bucks(fri nite).. the last time was just abt 1 months plus ago...But it was fun to see all those peeps again (ord-ed personnel)..
Oh ya i want to say I'm sooooo in love with the show da chang jin.. I dun care its a auntie show or wad man. Haha..
Will be off to china mainly shanghai and some other nearby cities/places from the 6th to 14th.. so I woun be blogging again haaha. Who's kind enough to help me tape da chang jin!!??

Kenvin treated us to chongqing steamboat at suntec yesterday...belated bitrthday treat i suppose.. I have to agree with ken tt their service is certainly quite good.. It could be considered as my first time eating ma2 la4(spicy) steamboat cox I was always afraid tt it would be too spicy for me.. but turned out to be quite nice.. kinda enjoyed it
made a interesting observation too.. found it abit amusing/irritating when they kept insisting in speaking in English with a weird slang(some waitresses) even though we placed our orders/requests speaking Mandarin.. but just before we left i clearly heard the waitress said "xiao3 xin1 hou4 mian4" ( be careful of the back)I know they are probably taught to serve angmohs.. but come on la.. we're all chinese.. and this is a chinese restaurant la...
btw kenvin.. u better wear the blingbling! dun waste our effort =P

I'm Back!
My com is finally back from tt freaking inefficient shop...it was still under warranty so i thot its best tt i bring it back to the shop tt first helped me built it.. but it took them almost 2 weeks to fix it.. free things are always lydat... have to wait and wait...
Anyway... HAPPY ORD to those who have left the service and regained ur pinky freedom~ Make gd use of the time u all have till u all get into uni manz. Well i'm still stuck but i'm certainly on my way... really kinda sianz in medical centre these days as most of my batch mates are gone.. and andy(our snr medic) seems to have a thing with "going to ORD" personnel.. keep finding fault and pin pointing me.. ayez.. well everyone has to pass thru this stage.. i shall just bear with it a little while more...
So without my com, I'm back to more primitive forms of entertainment while at home.. reading! Memoirs of Geisha was mindblowing.. Loved the plot, and how the traditional lavish Japanese culture, lifestyle, customs, blah blah was being depicted. It paints a very beautiful and imaginery scene of olden days Kyoto.. and of course the emotional struggles tt geishas face. Really refreshing and enjoyable book.
Was also busy with uni/scholarship applications... ayez last chance liao.. lets wait and see.

Sometimes getting to know a person too well too quickly is not a good thing at all.. The more u get to know a person, the more bad things u will see in him/her. U find it hard to accept the flaws of his/her character.. Kinda experienced it like 3,4 times already.. Well itz me or itzz the person? Hahaha..

Been feeling very weird lately.. I can't seem to pinpoint out a single reason/event for this state of mind. Its like i dunno wad to feel or how i should feel.. I dunno how to describe it.. Its neither sad nor happy.. or maybe it just interswitches too quickly.. seems like too many things are happening ard me or to me.. its just too damn chaotic.. maybe i'm just tired.. i'm a bloody confused and screwed up idiot.
Celebrated joaling's birthday at Blooie's Roadhouse yesterday at science park near NUS.. a really nice place indeed, kinda like the ambience, very homely, spacious and nice place to just chill relax and chit chat..
Really had a great time.. crapping around.. sabo-ing joaling.. and of cox the video was just amazing..kudos to weiping who's the real mastermind behind it! it definitely brought back many many memorable times we had in jc... the feeling is just... beyond description la.. all the fond memories, funny moments, everything starts to flow back..it makes u miss jc life all over again, and i'm sure all of us felt the same. sighz i feel old =P. Glad tt the birthday girl liked it.. glad tthat everyone had a enjoyable evening.

Midweek ramblings
been a rather busy but enjoyable week!
Went to the florists on tues.. those big big ones along thomson rd just outside mediacorp..wad do u call that.. anyway went to "guang hua shi" with my mum.. she'll always buy some potted plants home this time of the year.. been doing that like almost every year.. quite fun and interesting even though I duno wad most those nice flowers are called.. but its just plain fun to move around the gardens and immersing into the "springy" mood with flowers blooming hahaha...
Back at chervons ktv on weds with my med ctr peeps.. we had to use the voucher before the end of this month... really dirt cheap.. 10+ ppl went each had 1,2 glasses of beer + 4 hrs of ktv costs only 31 bucks.. and the selection of songs were pretty decent too.. Fortunately there wasn't guo meimei's bu pa bu pa (as if lao shu ai da mi wasn't bad enough).. hahah was totally hilarious whn ty was singing... the past few times we went ktv we sang grasshopper's songs..yes the early nineties "cao meng" ..and also "ah ya's hong dou song" Never fail to sing at least one oof these lame songs just for the fun of it hahaha
Just had dinner at bernard's godmother "zi char" stall.. he wanted to treat us cox we won changi in soccer but in the end we didn't let him la cox he already spent alot of money for the chalet.. Liked the prawn paste chicken..
Hmm tmr med ctr half day!! got some CNY function blah blah.. yeah certainly looking forward towards CNY~!
btw.. i may not get an understudy after all.. sighz.. arghz.. ppl find him too talented to perform my job.. hahaha some design expert who designed the ndp bag last yr.. den now evry single design shit thing also arrow him to do.. hardly get to teach him my department stuff.. and audit just around the corner.. argh bo gan la.. i wan to ORD!~!

More 21st Birthdays....
This time is Elvin's turn.. his birthday party was held at changi aloha chalet on sat.. opp the seaview SAF chalets that i was at a week ago as well with my med ctr peeps..
Thank god there wasn't any BBQ if not my throat would have just died there..and rudy lee was asking if I underwent a 2nd puberty as my voice sounded deeper to him than last time.. thanks man. he really looks damn young.. btw he's our chem teacher in jc..
Basically it was more like a 77 gathering for us.. there were many other groups of ppl there, kinda weird feeling cox you can't expect us to mingle around with ppl we dunno.. so we just chatted among ourselevs.. nice to see lina whom we haven seen for some time and she cabbed down from johore..too bad we didn't prepare anything to sabo the birthday boy.. no pool to throw him into.. the sea was kinda far away too.. so he's spared.. lucky boy..
Didn't attend quan's party on sun due to some constraints and i had to do duty as well.. think u had fun anyway
Realised sth terrible after returning from sun duty's today... My mum threw away my bolster again!~! think its the 2nd or 3rd time le...ARGHGHGHGHGH She said it was too smelly.. Wah lAuz it smells how gd la =P she crudely replaced it with a hard and uncomfortable to touch one. Feels so foreign la. I'm going to have sleepless nights man.. Dun ask me to grow up or wad..i'm just sooo damn particular about my bolster and i love it so much la... how could she do this!!!
