haha lousy me saw stars popping out as the day turned into nite n the surroundings grew dark n my limbs start to go numb like within matters of seconds after like a few minutes... hahaha sian tiao man. So they removed the needle, elevated my legs n asked me to lie down lo -_-

Haha i think i m too skinny.. not enough blood. or maybe it was the insufficient breakfast. AIYA excuses! I will try again until i dun feel faint!

tt doctor was damn niao. When i answered him that i had spongecake n a glass of milk for breakfast he asked me to be A MAN and eat more solid n nutirtious stuff. OK i will BE a MAN tmr. who wans to buy me breakfast? MUst be nutritious and lArge serving.. enuff for me to skip lunch according to him. but ok la the ppl there are generally v friendly n nice..n free milo n oreo. oh the bandage's pretty cool too. but still i was feeling rather paiseh la...lao kuey man. lol! but there was this guy tt assured me tt his 1st time also lydat.. and moreover there was this other guy who "fainted" longer than me also. =p

I only finished one chap of the marketing txtbk. sian shld have bought the book earlier.. now got so much to catch up.. i have so many things to read this sem~ aren't this sem suppose to b slack!?

I think the stress factor far far exceeds the fun factor today vs last week. maybe its our bench. most of us were so slow. or rather its me la haha. the blardy capsules were so hard to fill, esp the charcoal ones. but ys always so fast! thanks for helping me paste/cut labels everywk so tt i can hand in before the trolley is pushed away n the patient is gone or dead or wadsoever. haha nxt wk mus work faster sianz.

Went out with cathhigh kakis on sat. Haha for a moment it did felt like it was back to a typical weekend during army. didn't have to worry abt anything. Kayaking at ECP was funny but certainly not fun. Haha i think those peeps fisihng at bedok jetty mus have either hated us to the core or had a laugh of their time. haha i shall not elaborate to save someone from further disgrace. Went to eat katong laksa again. And of cox mahjong to end it all. haha.

i think i have very interesting modules this sem. Marketing's lectures are rather entertaining n fun. there will always be some funny ad or video. but i m clueless when it comes to the tutorial. How to study for a business mod ah?

Government n politics of sg. I think this is even better. level 2000 political sci module. I mus b out of my mind. It feels like history during sec3/4 all over again jus minus the spoonfeeding of points, plus a whole lot of readings, hassale of sieving out of points, n general paper writing skills n wadever. damn demanding. cheowlit r u majoring in political sci or history? whichever it is. i think u're damn zai haha.

Pharm practice - Interesting practs.. but. too stressful la. Jus flipped thru the lecture notes for thurs lect, and there was this slide which wrote - What is empathy? I was like HUH? I mean ya we need to know how to talk to our patients..but the idea of learning wad empathy is.. haha stucked me as if we're totally heartless n cold-blooded ppl. well maybe we're are.

Celebrated elvin's birthday. Thanks for the crab treat~ it was really shiok. esp the mantou + chilli crab sauce. Jus tt it was abit exp eh lol~ We always end up lazing somewhere n slacking n sipping tea/coffee. n do nothing =) But somehow doing nothing feels gd.

I thot when my common peers/batch of ppl have all turned 21, i woun have to fret abt such things. But to date, I've attended or celebrated 4 person's birthday already. And its only mid jan. probably a few more coming up towards end of jan. Help. Save my pocket. Save my time. Save my brain cells from all the present-buying.

I've come to realised celebrating birthdays are inevitable, and its probably a time to meetup with friends n have fun or catch up with each other.

I jus had supper! And it consisted of ah ballings in almond and peanut soups, fried carrot cake, curry chicken + bread, mutton soup, wu xiang rojak. Oh n my siew bao! *burps* -- tts why i'm blogging now.

And i finally went to the newly renovated n reopened National Musuem. Haha. for 5 bucks, I thot it would jus b a "go in walk one round" and be done in an hour or so but haha think we spent 3,4 hours looking at the exhibits. eheh it was surprisingly rather interesting. I was amazed by the little setup/device which allows u to pull sth like a handle or trigger n the scent of certain spices could be smell thru the inverted cone shape-like outlet. And all the interactive gadgets and blah blah. The whole interior design of the musuem was nice too.

yunnan outing was fun. Discovered a new game called bonanzza i think at mind cafe. Sth to do with planting beans n trading beans haha damn funny. A super noisy game. Its really like a market when we play it. plus its a damn scheming game la. haha.

Ushered the new yr in with bloodshot eyes(my stupid monthly contacts giving me problems again), running ard on mt faber desperately trying to capture shots of the fireworks, snacking n cracking lame n dumb duh jokes + spastic story telling contest at the hill top, Winning like more than half of the daidees round played( i think 2007 is MY year i can feel it! MuahahA) which is damn impossible cox my daidee sux. or mayb is bcox the noobie queen haha opps. played for 3+ hours 3am to 6+ am(another impossible feat also dunno y we dun get sian of it) . Anyway it was really fun to have u guys as company.

Watched deathnote2 b4 that.. which was damn nice A+! Minus the slow n boring buildup in dethnote1, plunging straight into the action, many intriguing twists n turns in the plot, really captured my attn thru out the full 140 mins of the movie.

Night at the musuem which i watched few days ago was awesome too! tho of a different genre la of cox. its a light hearted comedy for everyone. The last thing that u can imagine walking ard in the musuem comes to life. eg the jade pi xiu (the cheena lion like statue) A very enjoyable that deserves an A+ too!

If only NUS gives A+ as easily as me la -_- haha

Can't really think of any new year resolutions, i mean like theres alot of the usual stuff. Perhaps a few which i like to highlight or at least attempt to make it happen would be:

1. striking a balance btw being contented n cherishing what i have and pursuing what i dun have (applies in every aspect of life, be it studies, relationships, experiences)

2. improve on my punctuality. (i think this would b v hard, notice the word improve.)

I guess no.1 sums up like everything.. new yr resolutions aren't meant to be shared anyway lol. as least for me.
