there has been this chocolatey issue in 2 of my classmates blog.. abt using it as a tool to destress. haha i went to run a search on wikipedia again. well for the girls if u dowan to get ur endorphin from exercising cox u're too lazy or dowan to get fat from eating chocs.. there are some other ways to get "high".

Endorphins (or more correctly Endomorphines) are endogenous opioid biochemical compounds. They are peptides produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. In other words, they might work as "natural pain killers." Using drugs may increase the effects of the endorphins.

Workouts that are most likely to produce endorphins include running, swimming, cross-country skiing, long distance rowing, bicycling, aerobics, or playing a sport such as basketball, soccer, or football.

The good feeling one gets from eating chocolate, smiling, laughing, sunbathing, being massaged, meditating, singing, listening to one's favorite music, or having an orgasm is partially attributed to the release of endorphins.

btw chocs are aphrodisiac too! hahaha. i'm NOT suggesting anything. Just for info ya?
