It was a super hazy MAF.
I actually lit n held a lantern. After like dunno how manY donkey years.. it was a mickey mouse one somemore. HaHa. had a maf gathering with the yunnan peeps on fri. The tradition of deng mi(riddles) have seemed to evolved these days to those lame qian bian wen ta di.. haha not bad quite a few i never hear before. Level up liao! Had charrades as well. quite a fun nite.
MAF back at HC on saturday! feel soo old la. Turnout was hmm..there's room for improvement. =P I'll let the pics do the talking. Went to eat at prince! while we were outside the restaurant comtemplating whether we will b getting a student rate or not.. den the auntie came out n say.. student meal $6 - how many of u all? hahaha yay~ so shuang!! its like one of the nicest place to eat during our jc times other than thai noodle house.
The amt of familiar faces i encounter during maf seems to be decreasing each year.. haha really wonder whether i will still go back nxt yr. saw irene tan, n rudy lee.. nice seeing them. didn't really join in the mass singing/dance sessions this yr. haha watched from the top floor outside the music rm(THE SPOT to take photos for the past consecutive years). we did zi high for awhile.. haha. I still love the songs..

cleared 2 CAs today! n pract test on tues. yay... finally can relax abit.. tho there's like one nxt wk and one more the wk after. was a walking zombie for the past few days.. haha
I'm actually pissed with myself for not being able to get full marks for my anat mcqs.. but it was really rather easy.. i'm not being arroagant or wad.. think everyone is pissed like how much we overstudied... and we made silly mistakes even thou its so easy. physio was rather tricky tho.
ppda results are out. i actually did quite well.. haha.. gd training in hc i think. but anyway i think its a poor guage la.. its such a small percentage only. M was saying in this test the B*****ds who din study score damn well n the real smart a****s didn't haha. well.. aiya wadever its just a small test compared to the exams. so fret not if u din do well.
k enuff of tests and exams.. haiz i really hope i can change my mum's mind regarding the yunnan trip. I'm so looking forward to it already.

Happy children's day! i wonder how many ppl actually remebers that.. everyone has a child somewhere deep inside us. haha crapz
was "sympathising" and "lamenting" the fact that my tutee doesn't get to celebrate children's day anymore. its his 1st year.. sec 1 mah.. i was like HAHAHAHA.. well there's many many more years to come man. dun worry~

Finally i get one whole day at home.. to mug n mug n mug. yet so little is being done. started to get panicky. slacked n went out too much for the past few days... tuition n sy's bday party tmr. sat got the CIP thingy. Argh i'm so screwed.
Watched miami vice. cool stuff. Nice cars(bently, black ferrari), speedboats, private jets, blah eevrything is so glam n surreal. An average plot though. Managed to use the free cathay pass before it expires, tho with some trouble initially haha.
Caught forbidden city too. Actors were superb in their singing..pure entertainment n enjoyment esp kitchan.. tho i felt she wasn't as powerful as those AMs but she had the emotion and X facor in her voice n acting. hossan n his partner liven up the musical by quite abit with their playful acts n humourous lyrics. A reasonably good n worthy production. 2nd time at esplanade theatre. Got a much better view this time at circle 1.. tho its restricted view.. but its the best among the restricted views one i think. Compared to sitting at circle 3, at level 4 the last time. the actors looked like the size of my index finger.
Mind cafe outings as usual. haha i nv fail to go there when i have hols. think i can work there during sem break la. Went with tmc peeps on mon and ahnehkins on weds. Conclusion: ugly dolls nv fail to entertain.
Just discovered i am allergic to bactrim - an antibiotic. went back to the doctor to switch to another antibiotic when patches of rash started appearing on my hands n beneath my lips. sigh. That means i m allergic to all sulphur based drugs as well. On top of my initial allergy of the "cillin" family antibiotics, which is like the most commonly used antibiotics already. went to run a search on penicillin in wikipedia.. haha it says the "cillin family" basically refers to any antibiotic agent which contains a β-lactam nucleus in its molecular structure. haha β-lactam.. sounds familiar hor? Not v gd for me to fall sick eh..wait i cannot b cured. haha.

My nose is blocked, my throat is irritated*coughcough*, my butt hurts, my thighs r aching. complain and complain. cyclohunt was fun nonetheless. had xy, law, jiawei n bf(joel) as teammates. cycled from ECP to paya lebar, den upp thomson(my turf where i brought them to eat prata) then to serangoon gardens(if only there was time for chomp chomp ;p) and kovan and hougang mall.. then all the way down along NEL, to boonkeng, passed by nat stadium then back to ECP(Breakfast @ Mac yay.) haha sounds crazy. 10pm to 5am. Bx's mini street directory was of great help. haah the other teams had to bring the big bulky ones. Swear that i woun touch a bicycle within like the next few months.
Met up with joa, sui n yf on fri.. Waffles at BigO at millenia is damn nice la! who wants tt green squashy thingy from the "bakery" in sch..n had the cheek to make me wait so long. oh ya btw NO cycling on thurs pls. this time elvin u can come n join us.. we had GREAT fun tt nite.haha
Played mahjong *finally* after like dunno how long.. 2 months? back at our old hunt at ken's place.. all of us are doing different courses n leading damn different lives i think. anyway thanks ken for the delicious n marvellous bird's nest n hashima drink hahaha

Bunked in at tw's place at KR last night. PRU AGM ended late. they held on to our matri cards. haha wth. As i told xt n ch, just keep an "open" mind abt it lo. haha i mean since we're already in it, might as well give the organisation n ourselves a chance. i sound so politically correct.
Kinda understand why ppl enjoy staying in hall. Its really a vv closeknitted environment n family i would say. U know everyone from 1st to the top floor la. Everyone also can say hi n talk rubbish. And of course all the activities..
didn't really sleep well. my gd fren was such a hospitable host. let me sleep on the floor. haha kidding la..

Hahah its jus too funny to not to blog about it. I think i'm still laughing.
Went out with pharm peeps after our hatred ppda CA.. supposed to be a birthday celebration for con, bx n van but think everyone jus took it as a gd opportunity to relax n have fun..the test well it wasn't tt hard, so i think alot of ppl will do well. i can forsee ppl like YF getting full marks. hahah but who cares man.
Went marina south for dinner. cheryl rox. peeled all the prawns for us. I meant ALL. yes 2 full plastic containers. den the crabs she also helped to chop them up. bu kui shi da jie da. Of cox there was the usual crapping n "fooling ard".. And how can i not mention abt CP! the joker of the day again! providing so much entertainment... somehow everything she said was just damn funny. esp "my jeans v tight" oops pls dun kill me. mayb ur jeans did really shrank la hor.
Went bowling after tt with xy,van,cheryl,bx n sean while the rest headed home. I can't really bowl la. But somehow my score was reasonable but i dunno wads so funny with the way i bowl. Anyway got hit the pins can liao wad. apparently sean went to copy my style n i helped him attain his 1st above 100 score in his life. Muahaha. think apparently everyone of us had our own unique funny style la. 1st time i go bowling can laugh until i lydat.

Went to gotham penthouse for trifac bash. 1st time at a club. been to pubs before though. mountain turtle too. Anyway now i sort of understand why ppl go clubbing, as in those tt go on a regular basis.. i would think tt ppl jus bcome addicted to the high feeling on the dance floor, cox its such an ideal outlet for stress and troubles..where u jus let it all out and numb urself..and no1 willl think u're crazy. but its super unhealthy obviously..You kinda feel drained n even more down when the lights are out.
But anyway it was damn fun last night..I won a 100 dllars REDs voucher! 1st prize! Of cox the gers are like super jealous n they must b thinking wad the hell.. y mus a guy win when there are so many gers in pharM..MUAhahahA. I'm jus too heng la. can't blame.
Sean's dance team was gd. liked the stunts n variations n energy they had. But lost out to the defending med team which had much sharper n neater moves. But u all still rox!
CP and BH was super high.. these 2 gers were jus damn hilarious..its always damn funny to see ppl get tipsy n start talking nonsense. N all of them was like asking me to play scissors paper stone game.. esp CP.. but i had my lucky charm turned on.. kinda got spared from a few more gulps of beer.. beer sux.. haha. went to dance after that.. also damn funny..
well it was quite a pleasant experience la. can go again during the hols or sth.

Went to give my 1st tuition session. thanks again KH. Quite a pleasant tutee.. but i find him abit too quiet n passive. only child too.. quite poor thing eh both his parents have to work overseas.. n his condo is really big la.. His mum wants me to increase the no. of sessions to twice a week until his exams which is like 1st week of Oct! Madness la. so last min of ling shi bao fo jiao. Also dunno whether the buddha will work or not.. And his school is like sec1 already split general science into chem bio physics and teach quite cheemz stuff.. or itzz me being unaware of the current standard in schs these days? i mean hello its only sec1? ayes dunno la just try my best lo since its only these few weeks. Moreover mid sem break is coming!
This wkend is super unproductive in terms of mugging. haven done anything since fri. think i'll jus conc on ppda test after dinner.
n btw. Went to collect jay chou's album jus now..I think it's really not bad. Be hip be original be like me! -_- but i think the last album i bought was yanzi's. so where did all my songs come from ah? haz.

Somebody's unexplained infatuation with Dr Gigi in my class was simply hilarious to take..
but her warped up lecture notes/explanation were just too too tough for us to handle.
Had a so called reunion dinner with the tmc peeps.. mostly ppl from my understudy's batch tho.. haha most ppl r still as cranky or as pervertic as ever.. managed to observe changes in some tho. haha i wonder if i will go for future gatherings..

HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY SEAN~!
celebrated sean's birthday at NYDC in holland v.. it was a mini surprise cox we jus told him its an normal og outing until the waiter sprang up from behind with the oreo cheesecake that he kept saying he wanted.. glad tt he's happy =) or rather really happy i guess.. he even kept the candles haha..
1st day of school... really not used to the fast paced rattling and skimpy lect notes..
the power of assumption possessed by the profs are jus too great for majority of us to bear.. haha
seriously need to dig out my jc notes to revise..
n amazingly i'm actually feeling quite motivated to do it!!

Phew its finally over. =))))))
def will miss the gd times tt we had.. all the crapping, jokes, meeting new ppl/seniors , playing asshole daidee whenever possible.. even inside the framework..sth called verbal daidee.., long lunch breaks =P, playing monoploy n lots more..
n of cox there were dreadful times.. but glad tt we managed to overcome them n made it! yay pharmacy rox haha!
stayed over in sch overnite..haha i didn't sleep a wink!
found a perfect place to have laksa in the middle of the nite in sch..esp for PGP n KE hall ppl.. haha kudos to bx for bringing me there. NUH foodcourt.. its open 24 hrs.. n the auntie will always be v happy welcoming u with laksa with lots of extra taupok, fishball, n super thick gravvy! argh i wan to eat it again haha..
Sprained my neck on fri morning.. ended up with a extremely sore and twisted neck which made my head tilt one side.. mind u it was torturous for having to bear with it for the whole day.. n also everyone asking me wat happened.. haha thx for the concern...glad i can finally upright my head now.. diaonz.. jus tt my shoulders n neck still feels abit sore..

sipping tea to clear my system of the durian i had for supper and curry i had for dinner... super unhealthy man...
ferris wheel finally takes some shape.. yeah.. surprise freshie helpers today.. on a sunday.. thot no1 would b as crazy as me to go back n help on sun heheh
K decided to take 5 mods this sem..instead of 6(provided i dun flung my QET).. think dun overstress myself 1st.. 1st sem got physio and anatomy.. heard is rather taxing.. shall shelf my plans to take japanese in sem2.. sem2 only has 3 core mods.. should b doin forensic science this sem since like my whole og wants to take it.. but its friday 7 to 10 pm la! how lifeless can i get.. doing lect on fri nite.. so dun date me on fri nite if any of u all wants.. haha *shameless*
Heard from joa n other seniors... that after graduation we still have to do sth called "prerech"( i dunno how to spell) for 9 months.. its sth like "housemanship" equivalent of a doctor.. where we will only b paid like 1500 bucks.. Wah LAU eh.... 9 months of 1500 dollars! KAOZ... how to survive !*&%$#! Haiz.. and after that i heard the pay is not v gd also.. shit manz.. haha hiYa well will see how it goes.. its 4 yrs later anyway
Had OG outing on thurs.. brought them to mind cafe... had lots of fun playing the sneaky bone game.. its like heart attack jus tt u exchange cards by shouting to anyone who wans to exchange the same no. of cards as u.. damn funnY.. we were damn noisy la.. then whoever has heartattack will jus sneakily take away one bone on the pile.. so the last person without a bone would lose.. hahA.. Some ppl were so blur tt only left one bone she was still shouting "yi zhang! yi zhang!"(as in wan to exchange 1 card la) damn hilarious..
Went ktv after that.. hahah quite high also.. cheryl can sing amei's song quite well man.. bingxun damn zai also.. can sing superwoman (most of it) without warmup.. he came from ippt then the 1st song we made him sing was tt.. HAHa.. i was struggling with shan hu hai.. but not bad la.. managed to sing the whole song..hahahA.. it was a fun nite..
However.. when i got home.. i kinda tio stunned by shiyun's sms... haizz well.. wish her all the best in NUSmed ba. =)
Went out with joel n tywan n pang for dim sum buffet again on tues... thx again tywan =) this time we went the miramar hotel one.. i think its better den the dragongate de! and its cheaper 10.40++! jus tt its kinda ulu the location wise. Me brought them to mind cafe as well.. think i can b some ambassador to the place le.. den that guy there was asking where are u other frens haha.. guess he was refering to kenvin kc tw ch they all.. haha think he woun get to see us there until nov ba. haha..

Hahah i knew everyone tt he invited! other den his relatives of cox.. so I became v extra as i appeared in every grp photo of his haha.. cathhigh class mates, jc classmates, hc band... His family esp his mum was damn cute n funny la... super on and happening.. And I realised my jc class n my cathhigh classmates actually can get along quite well hahaha.. played alot of stupid games together.. My fav being the animal game! Really can laugh until i die.. Hmm i was thinking when its my birthday party these 2 groups of my frens can mix together quite well le.. but well still so far away..n i dun even know if i'm celebrating haha

When my grp found out tt bingxun in our og is actually a senior..Plus.. err.. one of us in the grp tearing.. argh.. dunno to laugh or wad... ANd wads worse my sp is also a senior.. wah lau double whammy! 2 ppl cheat my feelings!
Most Unforgettable Moment: (HOW COULD I'VE FORGOTTEN ABT THIS INITIALLY)
All of us singing our song "Feng Kuang Shi Jie" at the beach forming a cricle n going round n round as the winning grp of tt game hit us with waterbombs.. well even tho we lost.. but we found ourselves a moment to remember for for life =) We felt really like high high.. into the sky
Og outing coming up plus we're meeting to do rag like almost every other day.. haha
77 class gathering on 7th July Friday
it was a roaring success! met up at ruth's place for a potluck session.. but ended up only huimin n hongye made their own stuff.. most of us ordered or brought food.. well it was a record breaker! abt 14, 15 ppl turned up! haven seen some of them for ages man.. like ruth zixuan weekiat blah..chatted quite alot..i was red from the wine/baileys as usual(i luv it)... proceeded to kc's place for mahjong after the gathering.. kenvin said i was drunk n was quite high n was spouting nonsense.. hahah i dun think so la.. mayb jus abit high..but the only thing i remed was tt i lost money hmmphz..

yea again! this time rd was with huimin, joa and suyi.. well yf's hp went flat so he went home after he couldn't find us -_- Went to my cousin's bday birthday at jiejie's house after that.. argh i drank again! the birthday ger jus couldn't let us off.. i drank until i seh.. but not the go crazy type =P.. i jus sat there n my eye lids just started drooping.. haha k la i was still quite sober.. mayb i'm the type tt wun go crazy even if i drink alot..

Probably my 2nd or 3rd time placing bets on soccer.. n i lost.. sighz.. i bought France win.. n Zidane had to do such a thing.. haiz u guys know the story from the papers.. it has too many versions la.. but i just felt tt thr french mite have stood a beetr chance if zidane had the chance to play the penalty.
Extremely interesting dinner session / Medic's supper gathering - 11th July Tues
Went to look for joa at ard 6+ since me tw n kenvin had nothing to do.. so we suggested having dinner together.. well... it was damn darn funny..wad a interesting way for u guys to know each other better heh.. well the contents of our extremely tear jerking and hilarious conversation shall b kept within the four of us ba.. haha i dowan to b killed by someone..
Metup with mcvin, gerald n kc at chomp chomp ard 11+pm.. went there in kc's car(for the 1st time, congrats again on passing)after mind cafe session(again!) with tw n ken.. heheh its always damn hilarious to have them ard.. the most funny thing being the part when we made fun of gerald's short n stubby fingers.. a joke tt we made since medic course... n his fingers stretching and lengthening exercise.. oh man.. can laugh till i die.. proceeded on to chong pang nasi lemak as most shops chomp chomp were closing.. actually it was jus mcvin's brillaint idea cox he stays in yishun heheh so smart.. but the nasi lemak was really not bad.. esp the chix wings. yuM! den later kc sent me n gerald home lo.. haah den shrewd mcvin went home straight of cox haha

As promised, i helped out with backdrop.. heheh it was abit tiring but fun la.. n my og is rather enthu abt it.. crapped, gossiped and made alot of funny jokes while we were working esp over lunch breaks... the whole exp made some of us regretting not joining huangcheng when we were back in hc.. but well.. now's our chance to have fun..
Last mahjong session with kc plus friday outing 13/7 thurs and 14/7 fri
Our last mahjong session ended with a bang.. a bang in me n kenvin's wallet.. lost to our hot friend lo.. 50 bucks!! hahaha
sleptover then went to dragon gate for dim sum buffet the nxt morning.. oh weiping joined us too..well i had to say the dim sum there was really crap.. but well its a buffet u can't expect much from it.. so ended up ordering quite alot of charsiew think tts abt the nicer things there.. haha

quite alot happened since the last entry.. k i shall try to recap as much as possible..
hmm basically the week was mostly spent with the usual gang.. either playing mahjong or board game at mind cafe.. well there's not much time/opportunity for us to get together liao.. sighz.. come to think of it all of us are doing v different things.. tw - nus business, ken - ntu engine, wp - ntu accounting, kc - monash med, ch - hku business. . different countries, diff unis, diff courses, diff schedules/timetable... its gonna be damn hard to meetup man..and we're all going to be busy with our own individual stuff.. think i'm really going to miss them and this period of carefree lifestyle that I'm leading.. m i being too pessimistic or duo chong san gan hahaha.
Metup with my campmates on mon.. nice seeing them again.. turnout was not bad.. pang, qw, sd, joel-lee, ben-tay, st..haha thanks for giving face to the organiser or rather maybe joel who has just gotten back from aussie =P. Went to my fav sushi tei for dinner.. And of cox i enjoyed the food.. Quite glad tt sd came.. with him ard we will be assured laughter thru out the whole gathering.. He will say sth or anything and we will just laugh our heads off.. and the thing is when everyone gets the gist of the joke liao..he still doesn't know wad we are laughing abt.. Hahaha songda is the MAN~ Always must try to get him to come whenever we have gatherings in future.. proceeded on to the coffee club beside california fitness for drinks..the ice bleneded tiramisu tt majority of us ordered was crap.. and its the most exp drink la...watched the replays of the fouls of the Portugal-Holland match which i have watched the nite b4 at kenvin's place.. yea it was a damn hilarious match.. 16 or 17 yellow cards plus 4 red cards.. freaking hell lot of ACTION thruout the match..
ronnie treated us to tony roma's!! (woahz) on thur nite.. for his farewell/birthday dinner.. hahah the food was gd. but obviously darn exp.. lol the ribs there definitely beats crappy cafe cartel hands down.. proceeded to parklane to play LAN after dinner.. sth which used to be a weekly affair during our NS period.. think we played LAN like every sat after we booked out during bmt..haha those were the days.. den when i became a medic it became worse.. it evolved into a wkday nite (fri nite) event as well.. DOTA siaoz la.. den went i got into tmc den the medics also siao DOTA.. till a point i got so sick of it.. n we finally stopped playing it..

hmm basically the week was mostly spent with the usual gang.. either playing mahjong or board game at mind cafe.. well there's not much time/opportunity for us to get together liao.. sighz.. come to think of it all of us are doing v different things.. tw - nus business, ken - ntu engine, wp - ntu accounting, kc - monash med, ch - hku business. . different countries, diff unis, diff courses, diff schedules/timetable... its gonna be damn hard to meetup man..and we're all going to be busy with our own individual stuff.. think i'm really going to miss them and this period of carefree lifestyle that I'm leading.. m i being too pessimistic or duo chong san gan hahaha.
Metup with my campmates on mon.. nice seeing them again.. turnout was not bad.. pang, qw, sd, joel-lee, ben-tay, st..haha thanks for giving face to the organiser or rather maybe joel who has just gotten back from aussie =P. Went to my fav sushi tei for dinner.. And of cox i enjoyed the food.. Quite glad tt sd came.. with him ard we will be assured laughter thru out the whole gathering.. He will say sth or anything and we will just laugh our heads off.. and the thing is when everyone gets the gist of the joke liao..he still doesn't know wad we are laughing abt..
